No small goal I realize, but I am not looking to do mediocre or budget banjos. There are many companies producing great budget instruments. My banjos must be elite in every way, or I don't want to make banjos.
I absolutely love the 5 string banjo, and have done so for over 35 years. I adore the mystery of all the components that must come together just the right way, to make a truly magnificent and unique instrument. Tone, intonation, playability, finish, set up, appearance - we give absolute and exacting attention to everything we do. You cannot produce the best by accident.
